Chemical Name: A agglutination of 2-Mercapto benzothiazole
Physical Property: Light yellow Grains with slight bitterness; No hygroscopicity

Specification:
Appearance: Light yellow Grains
Specific Gravity 1.20-1.25
Loss on Heating (105oC/10min): ≤1.50%

Application: It has powerful curing acceleration effectiveness and good plateau effect,
but the rubber material is easy to scorch. When it is used as primary accelerator,
it needs activation with zinc oxide and stearic acid. It is usually used in combination
with thiurams accelerators or basic accelerators such as guanidines, aldehyde-amines,
aldehyde ammonia in order to increase its activity.

Applications include tires, hoses, rubber belts, rubber footwear, rubberized fabrics
and common rubber product. It neither discolors nor contaminates and can be
used in white and tint product, but it isn't suitable for rubber product touched
with food.

Dosage: Recommend dosage: 0.25-2.5PHR

Package and Storage:
1. Package: paper boxes, 20kg/box
2. Sealed storage: Stored in cool and ventilated place; Avoid sunlight
3. Storage period: At least six months under normal storage condition
